Why I'm a Backer!
I love this concept! This has all the makings of a really dope anime dramedy series (in my mind, not having read it yet) and Papurrcat's art is just so clean and gorgeous. Kat's never let me down as a reader/backer, and I expect this to be one of my new favorite reads.
Princess perils, mobster mishaps, and inheritance issues make for a fun canvas on which to paint. Knowing Kat she'll likely explore all of these elements in a well-crafted, entertaining way with enough humor to keep the book lively, enough action to keep the fans engaged, and enough character development to help readers attach to one or more of the mains in a natural way that will keep you pinned to every issue.
That's what I expect -- accordingly, I'm a backer. 😎

Fun fact: I had started reading Kat's works way back with Like Father, Like Daughter which I shared with my then-teenage daughter (she moved out last year with her fiancé). She enjoyed the series, too, and now swipes all of my physical copies of anything Lifeline Comics produces, keeping them at her apartment. 😂💙
